If you are interested in becoming a vendor of Alpha Lambda Beta Sorority, Inc, you must receive approval authorization to do so. Vendor designs should be used in ways that positively reflect our standards. Each product or service that displays one or more of our copyrights will have an impact on our reputation as an organization, so vendors are to uphold to the standard guidelines related to the use of our copyrights.
To become an Approved Vendor:
– Complete the vendor application;
Upload the following verification documents according to the instructions on the application:
– Business name registration;
– Current business license;
– Articles of incorporation or partnership agreement (if applicable);
– EIN letter from the IRS;
– A “certificate of fact – status” is a certificate issued by the Secretary of State that serves as official evidence of an entity’s existence or authority to transact business in their state;
– Proof of Liability Insurance
Upload a sample of the proposed paraphernalia designs in accordance with the instructions on the application
– Sign Logo Release Usage and Media Release Form
The application process will generally take a minimum of 15 days and a maximum of 45 days. You are not authorized to brand or sell any goods pertaining to Alpha Lambda Beta Sorority, Incorporated until you are approved. If your application is approved, you will be required to abide to the terms of our relationship and specifically the merchandise bearing Alpha Lambda Beta copyrights that you are authorized to sell. Vendors are approved for a 3-year period.
For Vendor Renewal:
